Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states only (no AK, HI, territories, APO/FPO or international). Bullets can't ship to MA or DC.
How long does shipping take?
Reloading supplies and bullets typically ship within 24 hours (same business day if processed before 2:00 PM Central). Our brass and forming services ship in 2-5 business days.
How do you ship the brass?
Reloading supplies, bullets and range gear ship from our fulfillment partner by FedEx (sometimes USPS). Our brass ships from us by USPS or UPS. Your entire order is one $10 flat rate; an order with both ships in separate packages with separate tracking, and you get tracking by email.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards at checkout.
Returns: 14 days from delivery for new, unused items in original packaging; contact us first. Change-of-mind returns have a 15% restocking fee and you pay return shipping; the $10 shipping isn't refunded. Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 5 days with photos. Free cancellation until your order is sent for fulfillment. See our Return Policy at checkout.

How many times has brass been fired?
Our brass is acquired from multiple sources, many of them gun ranges. Most of the brass has only been fired one time, but we cannot gaurantee it to be so we don't call it 'once fired'.
