Thanks for shopping with Hillbilly Brass. These terms cover orders placed on hillbillybrass.com. They add to the information on each product page and don't limit any rights you have under law. Our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cancellations & Shipping Restrictions policy are part of these terms.

RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to ask for a return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back: the return address is usually different from the one on your package, and returns sent without instructions can't be accepted.

Condition. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging in resale condition.

Fees and shipping. Approved change-of-mind returns have a 15% restocking fee. You pay return shipping; please use a trackable method. The original $10 shipping charge isn't refunded.

Items we can't take back (unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong):

- opened reloading components (bullets, brass and similar), and anything that has been fired, sized, loaded or used;

- opened chemicals, solvents, lubricants, cleaners and other consumables, including aerosols;

- electronics (scales, chronographs, timers and similar) once opened or used;

- targets and other single-use items once used;

- items marked final sale or clearance on the product page.

Wrong, damaged, defective or missing items. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and keep the packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. We pay return shipping, and there's no restocking fee in these cases.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is received and checked, or once we confirm a damage or wrong-item claim. We aim to issue them within 5 business days; your bank may take another 5-10 business days to show it.

What we collect. When you order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. If you contact us, we keep your message so we can answer it.

Why we use it. To process, ship and support your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, and to keep the records the law requires (for example, tax records).

Who we share it with, and only for those purposes: Wix, which runs our website and checkout; our payment processor, to take payment and issue refunds; our fulfillment partner and the shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS), who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order; and authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies. Our website, run by Wix, uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand site traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons, then deleted.

Changes. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.

CANCELLATIONS & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Cancelling an order. You can cancel free of charge until your order has been sent for fulfillment, usually within a few hours of ordering. Contact us as soon as you can at hillbillybrass@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been sent for fulfillment it can't be stopped; you can return it after delivery under our Return Policy.

Where we ship. The contiguous 48 states only. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.

Items we can't ship to your address. Some products can't be shipped to certain states, counties or cities because of state and local laws or manufacturer and supplier rules. Each product page lists its restrictions. Bullets can't be shipped to Massachusetts or the District of Columbia. We can't make exceptions for law enforcement, military, permit holders or other claimed exemptions. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure an item can legally be delivered to and owned at their address.

If you order a restricted item. We'll cancel and refund that item, less a 6% fee to cover payment processing costs. No fee applies if the restriction wasn't shown on the product page. If an order has some items we can ship and some we can't, we'll ship the eligible items and refund the rest the same way.

Out of stock. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we'll tell you and refund it in full, with no fee.
